We hope you are delighted with your Olivia von Halle order; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items. Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original branded packaging and secure them inside the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid returns label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier at an authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
